Are samples free?+
Sample kits of 50–100 units are provided at cost price (materials + production + shipping). We do not charge R&D or setup fees for samples produced from our standard formula library.
Can samples be shipped internationally?+
Yes — we ship samples to 50+ countries via DHL Express or FedEx. Lead time to most destinations: 3–7 business days after production. Import duties are buyer’s responsibility.
Can I request third-party lab testing on my sample?+
Strongly recommended. We provide a list of approved third-party labs and will include an additional labeled subsample for you to send independently.
What if I’m not satisfied with the sample?+
We offer one free re-formulation and re-sample if the pilot doesn’t meet your specifications. Issues are documented and root-cause analyzed before the second batch.
