Capsule Manufacturing
Capsules are a great encapsulation form to hold powder or pellet blends. The shell can be made to specific design such as being made out of gelatin or a more vegetarian-friendly formulation. Your powder ingredient formula is encapsulated inside each capsule to create your complete capsule product.
Tablet Manufacturing
Tablets are a powder ingredient formula compressed into a pill form to create a nutraceutical tablet. Tablets are capable of being compressed into your desired shape and size. One advantage of a tablet is you can fit more powder into a smaller sized pill compared to a capsule.
Softgel Manufacturing
Softgels are able to have its shape, color, and size customized to however you please. Softgels offer encapsulation of liquids, instead of powder which can lead to increased absorbability.

Zone B — QC Laboratory

Full analytical laboratory: HPLC, GC-MS, ICP-MS for metals, dissolution tester, Karl Fischer moisture, microbial testing room with clean room classification.
Zone C — Production Floor

Capsule filling (6 lines), tablet compression (3 lines), soft gel (1 line), powder blending (2 lines). Positive pressure rooms, HEPA filtration throughout.

Automated bottle filling, capping, labeling, and induction sealing lines. Shrink sleeve tunnel, inkjet lot-number coding, vision system label inspection.

Where exactly is the facility located?
Our primary manufacturing facility is located in Hainan Free Trade Port (海南自贸港), Hainan province, China. The Hainan FTP provides bonded export privileges, reducing customs lead times for international shipments.
Is the facility open for unannounced audits?
Scheduled audits are welcome with minimum 5 business days notice. Unannounced audits may be accommodated at management discretion but are not guaranteed. We have never refused a scheduled audit from a qualified buyer.
What third-party certifications has the facility achieved?
Current active certifications: ISO 9001:2015, NMPA GMP (China), Halal (IFANCA), Kosher (KOF-K), FSSC 22000. NSF GMP audit available as summary report. Full certificate copies available to verified buyers.
