Yes — completely free for qualified B2B buyers. Each sample shipment includes the physical product (typically 50–200g depending on format), a full Certificate of Analysis (COA), MSDS, TDS, and allergen declaration. International courier cost is covered by NuCoreBio for most markets. We ask only that you evaluate the sample seriously and provide feedback within 10 business days.

Standard production lead time is 21–35 days from signed production agreement and deposit received. This includes pilot batch production, internal QC, 3rd-party lab testing, packaging, and labeling. Rush production (14 days) is available for select standard formulas with a surcharge. We provide a detailed production timeline with milestone dates before you confirm your order.

Absolutely. We sign NDAs as standard practice for all custom formulation discussions and IP licensing conversations. Simply request an NDA in your initial message and we will send our standard agreement within 24 hours. For clients with their own NDA template, we are happy to review yours.

We currently ship to 60+ countries across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Latin America. Our Hainan Free Trade Port location provides prioritized customs clearance and established logistics lanes to major markets. We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), FOB Shanghai, and EXW Hainan shipping terms. Please mention your country in your inquiry and we’ll confirm shipping options and estimated transit times.

Standard payment terms are 50% deposit before production commences, and 50% balance before shipment. We accept T/T (bank transfer) and Letter of Credit (LC) for orders above a certain threshold. For new clients, we recommend a smaller initial order to establish the relationship before moving to larger volumes and more flexible terms.

Yes — private labeling is a core part of our ODM service. You supply your label design (AI or PDF) and we apply it in-house before shipment. Our team reviews your label for regulatory compliance in your target market before printing. If you don’t have a designer yet, we can refer you to trusted label design partners who specialize in supplement packaging.
