What decides whether a formula fits a capsule
Capsule size and dose. A size 00 capsule typically holds roughly 500 to 900 mg of blend, depending on how dense the powder is. A formula that needs 1,500 mg of blend per serving therefore takes about two or three size 00 capsules. We check the dose against the capsule size before you commit.
Fill flow and compatibility. Powders must flow evenly into the capsule. Botanical extracts can be hygroscopic and sticky, and low-dose ingredients must mix evenly through the blend. We review ingredient density, flow and moisture early.
Shell choice. Gelatin is the standard shell. HPMC or pullulan shells suit vegan and plant-based positioning. The shell and the fill should be approved together.
Packaging. Bottle, desiccant, seal and label protect the product during shipping and shelf life. We align them with your MOQ and brand positioning.
