Do I need to handle shipping or customs?
No. With DDP delivery, we handle freight, customs clearance and import duties. The bottles arrive at your gym, home or warehouse. The delivered price is the same anywhere in the contiguous US; Alaska and Hawaii are quoted separately.
How fast will I receive my order?
Production takes 10–15 days after label approval and deposit. Sea/air delivery time to the US is added on top and confirmed in your quote. The anonymized U.S. buyer project was produced in 11 days.
How do I pay?
Orders are placed through Alibaba.com Trade Assurance for payment protection: 50% deposit to start production, balance once production is complete, before shipment.
I’ve never sold a supplement. Do you help with the label?
Yes. Label design is free, and we prepare the label in US Supplement Facts format for your review. As the brand owner, you give final approval and are responsible for how the product is marketed and sold.
Can I sell it on Amazon?
Yes, many brands do. UPC barcodes are available from us; for Amazon listings we recommend registering your own GS1 barcode under your brand name, which Amazon checks.
What if I don’t sell all 500 bottles quickly?
The shelf life is 24 months unopened, stored cool and dry. That gives you up to two years to sell through your first order.
Can I get a flavored creatine or other products later?
Yes. We also make flavored creatine, creatine gummies, stick packs, protein and other supplements, so you can grow your product line with the same factory.
What quality documents do I receive?
Every batch ships with a COA (purity, heavy metals, microbiology). Extra testing at a US lab can be arranged on request before ordering.
